Visa/Entry Requirements: All tour participants must have valid passports. US citizens do need a visa to travel to The Gambia. However, a visa is not required for travel to Kenya by US citizens. Citizens of other countries, please contact us for details. We will do a courtesy mail out of visa application forms to all of our tour participants. Health Requirements: An international Certificate of Vaccination is no longer required for visitors to The Gambia coming from North America and Europe. However, anti-malaria pills or medicine is highly recommended, please consult with your physician. Visitors are also advised to take along insect repellant, sunburn, anti-fungal creams, and disinfectants. Travel Insurance: Tour participants are advised to take some or comprehensive insurance covering baggage, injury, death, illness, personal belongings, baggage damage/loss or delay. Other Preparations: Please pack lightly for the outward trip, so that you have room in your luggage to bring back souvenirs and other purchased items. Please remember to take the following items if possible: Extra batteries for your camera /camcorder, flash light, sunglasses, personal hygiene items, comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
